Amidst a recent incident in Hialeah, a woman’s Sony PlayStation gaming console was stolen, escalating into a violent altercation involving threats and physical harm. Shakala Simone Smith, the victim, reported that her sister, Daneill Dishan Henry, brandished a knife while an armed attacker threatened to shoot her in defense. Another individual, along with Smith and Henry, invaded Shakala’s residence, resulting in injuries such as bites and blows to her hand, foot, and lip.

The trio, including Henry, Smith, and Smith’s boyfriend Sean Vance, fled the crime scene in a pickup truck, taking the stolen PlayStation console with them. While Shakala managed to identify the perpetrators, one woman remains unknown. Henry faces charges of armed burglary, while Smith is charged with burglary. Bail was denied for Henry, and Smith was placed under house arrest with a $2500 bond. Both individuals were detained at the Turner Guilford Knight facility on Wednesday evening. Detectives continue the search for Vance and the unidentified woman.
