Forza Horizon 4, the popular Xbox racing game, is offering its players one last opportunity to unlock the game’s Festival Playlist achievements. With the upcoming end of Forza Horizon 4’s Series 77 Festival Playlist, multiple Xbox achievements will be discontinued once the Playlist concludes.
Playground Games, the developer of Forza Horizon 4, recently announced the game’s delisting later this year, along with the decision to bring the monthly Festival Playlist to an end. The final Festival Playlist, running from July 25 to August 22, presents players with their last chance to earn any of the open-world racing game’s achievements related to the Playlist.
Out of the 15 Festival Playlist achievements that will no longer be available at the end of the series, some can be unlocked with the standard edition of Forza Horizon 4. However, the Seasoned to Victory achievement requires players to purchase the Fortune Island expansion.
Among the achievements, one of the most challenging is the Encore achievement, which mandates the completion of all activities within a single Festival Playlist series. The series typically comprises around 70 activities, including seven daily activities per week that are time-limited. Missing even one of these daily challenges would hinder players from unlocking the Encore achievement.
Once the Festival Playlist concludes on August 22, access to the Playlist screen will no longer be available, other than to view the Festival Playlist history. However, players will still be able to see the Forza Events screen, which will feature a selection of daily and weekly challenges, along with Forzathon Live Events. Completing these challenges and events will reward players with Forzathon Points that can be exchanged for Backstage Passes.
To add to the excitement, Forza Horizon 4 is currently featured in the Xbox Ultimate Game Sale 2024, offering a substantial discount on the game. If you’re aiming for completion and have yet to acquire a copy, now is the perfect time to do so.
