Forza Horizon 5 Celebrates Chinese New Year with Exciting Updates

Forza Horizon 5: Nowa seria na potrzeby chińskiego Nowego Roku

Forza Horizon 5 is gearing up to celebrate Chinese New Year in a big way. The upcoming updates for the game will bring the taste of the East to Mexico, just in time for the festivities.

The Year of the Dragon

In 2024, the Year of the Dragon returns with the Chinese New Year, and the Horizon Festival joins in the joyous occasion. This time, Mexico will not only celebrate the event for two weeks but dedicate the entire month to its own New Year festivities.

To honor this occasion, the Horizon Stadium will be transformed into a drift arena, perfect for those who love burning rubber. Dragons will adorn the stadium, and smoke effects along the track will add to the atmosphere.

Every night, the Mexican sky will come to life with a drone show reminiscent of dragons, which will transform into traditional Chinese lanterns during the day. You’ll also find a hidden collector’s firework among the dragons of the Stadium, so keep your eyes wide open as you drift around the arena.

New Year, New Cars

As with every new series in Forza Horizon 5, along with the Chinese New Year series, a new list of unlockable cars will make their way to Mexico. There will be five of them, and players will have the opportunity to unlock them throughout the month of February.

This month, you’ll find a variety of cars with an Asian flavor, including MG, Hyundai, and Lynk & Co. Here is the full list of new cars that will be featured in the Lunar New Year series:
