Pokémon Sleep – Now with Exciting Updates!

Pokémon Sleep, the popular mobile game that combines gaming with sleep tracking, is back with some thrilling updates! In this article, we will delve into the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes that will enhance your Pokémon Sleep experience. Get ready to embark on new adventures and explore the fascinating world of Pokémon even while you sleep!

New Features

Prepare for the “Lapis Lakeside Appearance” event, which promises exciting surprises and rewards for dedicated trainers.

Introducing the team meal feature. Now, when Snorlax enjoys a meal, all Pokémon in your team join in the feast. This shared dining experience not only boosts the health of your helpful Pokémon but also restores their energy based on how depleted it was. The more energy your Pokémon had expended, the more energy will be replenished.

Unlock the new research area – Lapis Lake. To access this picturesque location, you must register 240 sleep styles in your Sleep Dex before 3:00 PM on January 24th, 2024. At Lapis Lake, you’ll encounter nine new Pokémon, including Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, Gallade, Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Stufful, and Bewear.

Experience new sleep goals with two additional types. These fresh objectives will be added at 3:00 PM UTC on January 24th, 2024.

Discover a new ingredient called “Wakaxa Corn.” While we don’t have an official English translation yet, stay tuned for updates on this exciting addition.

Indulge in seven delicious new dishes prepared just for you and your Pokémon.

Immerse yourself in the tranquil melodies of the new sleep-inducing sound, “Pokémon Flee.”

Game Content

Even if your food bag is full, your helpful Pokémon will now pick up food for you on the main screen.

Sorting settings, such as “Energy,” will be saved on the cooking screen.

After achieving the Sleep Style Dex, a notification prompt will appear on the pan next to the tent on the main screen and on the “Capacity” button in the top right corner of the cooking screen when the pan becomes enlarged.

Bug Fixes

Previously, when assisting Pokémon during sleep tracking or training, their energy was not consumed properly. This issue has been resolved, ensuring that the energy of the Pokémon you help will be correctly utilized during sleep tracking and training. Additionally, the energy you can gain from training during sleep tracking may decrease. While Pokémon Sleep prioritized fixing other issues and developing new features, this fix was prompted by the following reasons: 1. The existence of game exploits that significantly sped up progress (e.g., performing certain actions during sleep tracking enabled continuous assistance without reducing energy levels). 2. Measuring sleep twice a day results in more energy gain compared to measuring once a day. 3. Energy will be restored as usual at the end of sleep tracking, ensuring that the energy of the Pokémon you help will not be lower than before.

Fixed an issue where the number of mushrooms obtained during cultivation increased incorrectly.

Addressed the ability to cook more than four times a day under certain operations.

Increased the likelihood of triggering the main skill during specific operations.

Resolved the problem where sleep data reported at a later time may not be included in the weekly summary.

Fixed the scenario where using the “Energy Pillow” may sometimes not restore your energy to 100%.

Eliminated the persistent notification badge (red circle) on the store icon on the main screen during weekly changes, even after receiving the daily gift.

Corrected the Sleeping Encyclopedia’s failure to register different-colored Pokémon that have undergone two evolutions.

Tackled the non-functioning “Go to Research Field” button on the main screen for Turkish language users during weekly changes.

Other Announcements

The specifications of the Help Bell have been clarified. The duration of Pokémon care when using the Help Bell is based on the value in “Pokémon Box > Pokémon Details Screen > Help Time,” assuming the Pokémon is at maximum health. Therefore, the current Help Bell does not provide any additional benefits or utilize the “Help Bonus” ability or the Good Camp Ticket effect.

Please note that the following matters are planned to be addressed in the end-of-February update:

The team formation screen will display the assistance time considering the Help Bonus, and this value will be used when using the Help Bell.

The text explaining the Help Bell has been updated for greater clarity.

Stay tuned for more detailed improvements and enhancements in the upcoming update.
