Currently, Silent Hill: The Short Message is only available on PS5. Players with PCs and Xbox consoles do not have the option to download the game. This is not surprising considering the upcoming remake of Silent Hill 2, being developed by Konami and Bloober Team, is exclusive to PS5 and PC, leaving Xbox players out.
